Having trouble waiting for water, and have family in town this week. Gore too far. We're going to hit LSB and Big T at their low flows, but what about the Narrows? Did it at 1.5 on the rock gauge last fall but don't know how that corresponds to the online gauge. New to Boulder. Thank you for any help!
That seems extremely low. I know you used to be able to hit whiteline at super low flows but the rock moved so I don't know what its like now. Go up there and check it out and post a Trip report.
Yeah, this early in the year, 61 cfs at the gauge really is like 61 cfs in the narrows. None of the diversions are going.
I was up there on sunday, and upper was too lame. I only did lower. Even lower was really not that good, honestly. Most people wouldn't have gotten in the water, but I'm not most people. If you want a little more excitement, poudre falls might be low enough to run, although obviously that's a lot sketchier. Plus it's like twice as far. And there is the sketch factor. Might be snowed in still, anyway.
Go run something worth running bluegrass was at 400 last time I checked....
