This is incorrect. There are about ten reservoirs high in the drainage, many are still very full. I would expect to see Long Draw and Laramie-Poudre Tunnel water to continue for a while. This is accounting for much of the flow right now (most of the snow is gone). Joe Wright started dumping about 60 a few days ago, so hopefully we'll see Chambers (the recipient of JW water) spill soon. We might see anywhere between 1 and 3 feet on the rock for the next 2 months!
