On the bright side, there were no wood issues, but several looked like they could become an issue as the snow melts. Be vigilant.
At 2800, the water in the lower gorge is big, fast, and pushy, but everything flushes. Get right after the eye of the needle- we had two boats avoid near wraps and one of them ended up going left of the island- not where you want to be.
It's shaping up to be a great Piedra season...
