Seeking raft paddlers for Northgate Canyon July 3 and 4; do upper canyon Sunday, camp at half-way point (Six Mile Gap campground) that night, paddle to Pickeroon CG (takeout) Monday. Have 12 foot Riken or 13 foot Hyside; Leave camp and cook gear at Six Mile (no gear in boat).
I have two, maybe three rafting buddies (2 girls, one guy, plus me, Mike); need another person or two. Kayakers welcome to run with us. Run shuttle Saturday night (3 hours round trip?). I'm experienced guide, boating with other experienced rafters. I've never done Northgate, but weary of Arkansas, heat and sagebrush, ready for a pretty canyon and spruce forest! Anyone?
