PA Paddling Sat Oct. 6th - Upper Yough?

I realize thati'd have better luck on Boatertalk for the Eastern paddling but thought I'd put the word out to see if any Westerners have any leads on folks to paddle with in the PA area. ....headed back to Pittsburgh for a reunion and don't want to golf. Have heard great things about the Yough and would like to get out for a quicky on saturday afternoon.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

sorry dont have anymore buds there but if you want a great place to eat Primanti Bros in Pittsburgh is a sweet place.

Hung my hat there more than a few blurry eyed late nights. The "O" ain't too far from it if you like grocery bags full to the brim with greasy fries. Eat a large and get a free defibrulator.

I'll be in that area from oct 5-13th to paddle. but i was planning on running the gauley on the 4 days its scheduled to release on oct 5-8th, pm me if you want to try and coordinate something.

Make sure you look at the release schedule. The river only flows a few days a week at a fun level.
