I was wondering if anyone was interested in paddling Northgate Canyon of the North Platte if and when the waters levels increase. I'm also playing around with the idea of hitting the Elk or Yampa near Steamboat as well. My email is

What I was hoping to do was camp and avoid towns and the bar scene. I've never been to Steamboat, but I can assume that the watering holes there are very expensive considering it's a ski town. Rather kick back at a campsite instead.
