Same here. Yeah, it was one of the highlights of the trip for us long time vets.
Not that the rest of the trip wasn't groovy cool, but that float was very different from the ordinary travel. Not everyone can handle it, but everyone was keen for it. Doing it again next year.
Mike - Good talking with you. Forgot to tell you that when I've rowed out to the lake it wasn't nearly as nice as seeing it in moonlight. And, minor wind for a while will really slow the rowing out, making for too long of a day.
