New River / Possibly Gauley - West Virginia???

I would really like to get out to the New River or possibly the Gauley at the very beggining of August. It would take a couple days to get out there and I would like to spend a couple of days floating the rivers. This is just a thought right now, so I'm just chumming the waters. Anyone interested?
