New/Beginners

Looking to get out on the river. I am a newbie and looking to get my feet wet. I have taken a lesson, so I know the basics, but end up swimming most of the time. Also, any suggestions on great learning spots would be appreciated!

I don’t know if you have heard of us, we are a group of Newbies, Rusty’s and Class 2&3 boaters from on the Front Range.
There is always someone from the group out paddling something mellowish somewhere, days, nights and weekends. Check out the link and join us for some fun, roll practice or maybe even a swim!!!

Dave,
I started boating last year and have learned to roll about 80% of the time. I would love to go out with another person that is new to the sport.
