I was never completely underwater. It was merely a splash ; ) However I understand from your vantage point, in a kayak at the bottom of the rapid, I may have disappeared for a brief second.
As I asked before - If I call a paddle stroke three time and the paddler dosen't do it - shouldn't that be a bootie beer or ice cream fine?
And for the record a hyside is most comparable to a high brace. Being a swimmer from a raft is like a flipping in a kayak, and flipping the raft is like a wet exit.
