I wouldn't simplify it quite that much, but yeah, right at Sunshine should be fine- S-move is about covered- follow the glassy "s-tongue" on right and stay right at the bottom. Right at Boateater. You can definitely get away with slamming the wall at Wallslammer, but I've seen very nasty swims there. Avoid it best you can. Narrows, the runs are mostly down the left, but off of the steel.
Bottom line, don't overthink it, have fun, and be safe!
