The "put in" I am aware of it just north of 200. Check out Google Earth, there is a bridge that crosses it and I think it is called Dry Gulch Road. There are two different roads you can use to access it, and it's been so long since I spent much time in that area I can't recall them, but I think the eastern one is signed to get to the NF???? I have no idea what the adjacent landowner thinks.
The right of way next to that bridge looks do-able, and while I've never done it I know people that have. In normal years it is messy, as I mentioned, lots of strainers and wood and braided channels. With the high water it could possible be treacherous. All the times we considered it the water went down too fast, so maybe coming off this long run of high water would be good. Except there is no forecast for the Blackfoot to drop in the near future.
It is along so much private land the only scouting is along 200, and you can't see didly. Good luck, be safe, and post a TR.
