Mark, as you can see from earlier in the thread, the daily has been oscillating between ice-free and frozen over for weeks. One day it will have ice floating through, the next day - nothing. As of the other day, there are no major ice flows or ice blocks, at least from the bridge to Hittle Bottom. With the colder weather passing through the Rockies, that might change, sending some ice downstream. However, with the temps we've been having here in Moab, it's unlikely that the daily will form any major ice blockages unless it gets *really* cold.
Not sure about the conditions of the ramps, though - Hittle and Rocky both stay pretty shady, so chances are you'll have an interesting time getting your boat in.
