Mineral bottom to confluence

Hi everyone,
My first post on here.
I have a trip plan to paddle down the green river from Mineral Bottom to the Confluence at the end of September.
I am looking at the current flow of the GR in Green River, UT and its at 1,160 cfs today.
It isn't too low to be able to paddle it?
Will it be better in a month from now?
Is low water create some rapids or other obstacle? If so where?

Thank in advance for sharing your knowledge and experience
