There is 12 to 18 inches of snow on the ground next to the road. The downhill after Fir Creek is icy and snow covered. They have two huge 3 bar panel gates across the road and they are advising that they won't open it until the 24th to protect the roadbed from damage.
Depends on when the OP launches. Later in the week maybe. I really don't think so though. Cold wet and rainy up here today.
acconnell. Good advice on the run to the inside. I was being flippant ( only a bit ) about the goggles. When do you launch? What craft are you taking? How many?
The flow is headed up but I was worried about low flow to run Marsh Creek. Should be getting warmer now, but this spring is quite a winter.
