mid January paddle trip

Anyone out there thinking of a mid January paddle trip? Looking to head to Central America possibly for a two week class 4-5 creekin' trip......Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica (was there in '98 but would go back....might be late for water but also good for creeking after the rainy season?) Any suggestions? Any trips going? Hard to get people out of Jackson that time of year!
