I just ran this section last weekend with a buddy. We both rowed 14 ft. catarafts, they were great for the flow (1200ish), I looked tonight and it is flowing around 1300 at Pagosa. Its approximately a 13 mile run from Pagosa down to the take-out. The landowners are very protective and come out of the trees if you pull over, there is only one place to stop and eat lunch, it is marked with a large white sign (a little more than half way down). Also, watch out for the last fishing weir towards the very end, I would suggest going left (there are some horse corrals and a barn near-by) . Beautiful float.
