Main Salmon Family Trip Launching August 11
Kids, tell your parents that this is a trip not to be missed on the main Salmon River, (class 3).
Join us on a 8 day, 7 night, 80 mile self guided private river expedition starting Tuesday August 11 includes world class camping, fishing and whitewater fun in a very special wilderness area.
We've got our raft and are looking for others with rafts and other crafts to join us. Participants need to be able to get to Idaho, run their own whitewater craft(s) and be willing to share camp chores and expenses. We have run this stretch several times and enjoyed every trip.
We are considering a run down the lower Salmon to the Snake confluence as well.
Write for more details. Families with kids are especially welcome, we have an 9 year old boy. The launch date could change slightly due to permit availability.
