Lunch Ideas

What are some good on river lunch ideas? I'm trying to spice up the menu for an upcoming 4 day trip.

Here's one idea from a buddy: For a quick lunch on the first day of the trip, just buy a couple big, prewrapped sub sandwiches from the grocery store. Supplement with fixins of your choice. Simple, easy, tasty.

Sandwiches are always good but I like to mix it up. This recipe for lamb meatballs is soo tasty, cook the meatballs at home and pack in a zip loc. Put yogurt sauce in separate zip loc or tupperware. Use pita bread which packs so easily and don't forget the Sriracha sauce! Joule, tasty, easy lunch!

Yeah, but not that shitty pre-made sandwich crap/packaged meat from the grocery store....get the good shit from the deli! Don't be afraid to ask for samples too....thats half my lunch right there I'll always make bacon on the night before and vac seal it in a bag,for the sandwiches. That sets it off!!

I might have the recipe for the most badass peanut butter noodles(chicken optional) you've ever tasted.....i highly recommend these! They NEVER disappoint. And they're good for meat eaters/vagitarians.
