Update...Wood has moved into the section just above Elephant Buttress. You can't see this from the road.

Hey team,
We paddled this section last night with a group of 7 or so. (Thursday) The run was a bit bony, a few rocks that were easy to get pinned on, but it was all passable.

We cleared the large tree that was about 3/4 across of the river above elephant.
When we left it last night the run was clear of any debris.

Thanks for update and wood chewing. Hoping we get a good season once the dam spills.

Ran Blue Bridge to justice center tonight, 250 on BC orodell with another 100 or so coming in from fourmile. Above four mile had some scrapes but was fluid for the most part as long as you picked careful lines. Below 4 mile was getting close to juicey. Similar to KSC's comment, there was plenty of wood shifting around but nothing that couldn't be avoided with heads up class IV boogie skills. There was a sketchy looking piece of wood just after the sharp bend in Roadcut (aka sugarloaf rapid, aka the V- left hand turn rapid) so we took the right line in the 2nd half instead of the left line. Went clean. Going again tomorrow (Saturday, 5/9) meeting at justice center around 10 or 11. Hit me up if you want to join.
