Looking for folks to kayak with july 4-7 in CO

Hey all,

I'm looking for some folks to kayak with for the july 4 holiday (off work 4-7 july), wherever in Colorado has water. I live in New Mexico and could potentially make it somewhere Wednesday night. Really just looking to have some fun on anything with decent water, all my friends went out of town! I can bring a creek boat or play boat.

General idea of skill level...grew up paddling on the ocoee/other southeast rivers. Comfortable on the upper yough, gauley, ottawa...PM me, I'm down for whatever! or email...scooter3k . @ ..

haha...I don't know any lines either. I'm happy to scout though. Just been looking at what has water on the gauges...the run in Bailey kept catching my eye:

American Whitewater - 01. Bailey to Pine, South Platte, North Fork Colorado, US

Anyone out there - What do you think the odds of running into a regular to paddle with if we got to the put in early? Or anyone plan on running it over the holiday weekend?

Sean, I'll PM you.

Bailey is at a real good level, super fun. I know the lines, pm me or call and we'll work out a plan. I'm pretty clear of obligations as of now, so let me know when you'll b in the area. It's basically a solid IV with a couple V's. Wilderness style creeking with an easy and quick shuttle. JP 3oh3-3five9two5one4

Hey guys,

Love to join up. Looking to learn the lines on Bailey too. I'd walk the V's, but if that's a pain for the group I can skip this trip and run it whenever in the future.

I get off work at 6pm today, I'm assuming that's a little late to start packing for a Bailey run. But I'm down for doing Bailey sometime next week.
