Great beginner run. That's where I spent most of my first season (like 4 or 5 years ago). Great place to practice and hone all of your skills and techniques.
Rapids are all friendly and pool drop. I agree with Logan on his flow recommendations for the Lowest to run it at.
When I ran it (If I remember correctly), I usually put in at the 1st Road pull off on the Left side (driving from coming through Deckers/Woodland park direction on 67) AFTER passing the T-Intersection of the road that leads towards Sedalia (From my direction of driving, this road will be coming in from the right). This pull off has a restroom facility, plenty of parking, and is FREE. I hoe that wasn't too confusing.
Take Out: Most common take out is at the Colorado Trail Bridge, before the Waterton/Foxton/Deckers confluence. It cuts out quite a bit of flat water. Plenty of parking, easy to recognize, and it's also FREE to park there too.
Have a fun time!
If you're going to stick it out there, don't be afraid to get it cut off.
