Rising flows in the canyon should have the river channel proper clear of ice, but I'd expect tons of snowpack along the sides.
I called the BLM office in kremmling earlier this week to see if they had any info on the roads. They said that there was still a lot of snow on the ground in kremmling, but didn't have much info on the roads.
I would expect snow on the road to the put in. 4WD might get through but might not. A few years ago in march, we parked at the lower blue takeout and dragged our boats along the put in road when the snow was too much to drive, but was fine for dragging with minimal postholing.
Floating the lower blue from trough road to the gore canyon put in is possible, but adds several miles of meandering flatwater.
