G4/ 4+ creeking this wkd?

hi

i'm new to colorado and i want to go creeking this wkd. i normally run fun g4 or g5, but i don't have my own boat at the moment so i'm demoing a boat and would like to try it on some g4. i'm based in littleton, denver.

you should look into the bailey run, just inside the foothills....4-4+(5+)... also all of the creeks in the crested butte area are just now comming back up..... the east is g4..... daisey g4+.....slate g5-......ob joyful g5... it's a bit of a drive from denver but well worth it... other will be boatin' so you'll be able to go with others... have fun....bring elbow pads!

time to drive to crested butte area from denver?

roughly how long will it take me to drive to the crested butte area from denver?

Bailey today.

Hi Rich, Crested Butte area is about 6 hrs away.

Bailey is at a great level right now for a first time run. I can probably go this afternoon.

it takes about 5 hours or less to get to the butte from denver.. that's going the speed limits....
