Durango paddling this weekend

the hike in on hermosa is really beautiful, but the kayaking sort of sucks. I would recommended doing something else, or just going for a moutain bike ride up there.

Why such a bad rap on Hermosa??? No need to hike 3 miles either...45 minutes straight down hill for a class IV- (higher water) mankfest. What I saw of it during the day was extra fun for a run 20 minutes from town. Run that in your playboat this weekend and tell me it sucks!!!

I ran it after dark the other night by the way, not for sayin nothin but I give it a solid Class V after dark!
