What's up! Anyone got the BETA on "FREE" camping out by Glenwod Springs (if not free, any camping)??? Tryin to $queeeeze the dime, if you know what I'm $ayin (coming from Parker)!!

I'm looking to run half of New Castle and finish at the take out of Shoshone? I plan on doing it the weekend of the 31st and 1st (8/30 -9/1) if anyone wants to join me! Allan may come with me as well, but he's not sure yet. I would love to meet up with some G-String boaters, I mean G-Springs boaters

Have you got your plans straight? New Castle is BELOW Shoshone, not above. The only thing above Shoshone is Barrell Springs, Upper Death, and a Dam.

I've camped up near Ski Sunlight before, or there is some camping near Dotsero.

P.S. There is pay camping at No Name in the canyon. I'm not sure how much it costs, but try calling Rock Gardens rafting for beta.

There wasn't a compass showing direction in the CRC book showing towards Denver or towards Grand Junction

That's probably why I am asking for someone from G-Springs to show me the ropes!
