Colorado trips

Some friends and I were planning to do a 3-4 day trip on the Platte next week but it looks like the water level is too low? Anyone familiar with this river? Is it still doable from Bennett Peak down? If not does anyone have a good suggestion for a river to run in Colorado or Wyoming suitable for a multi day trip (and with no permit needed?)

The Upper Colorado would be a good multi-day that doesn't need a permit, as would be the Arkansas. See this post. also search on Upper Colorado, Pumphouse to Dotsero, & State Bridge to Dotsero just to get you started.

Have a good trip!
