It's not that there was anything wrong with your previous or this statement. But you aren't telling us anything we didn't already know.
I was simply wondering if people boating below Soda really do know about the issue (not just in this thread)...and if they do, do they know the problem has been resolved...or do they think boating with raw sewage isn't anything to care about and why...or... To me, pretty big difference between untreated/treated effluent...but maybe I'm wrong. Of course, we all make our own choices on the rivers - I'm just trying to make a fully informed one.
At no point was I saying "people can't make their own choices about whether to boat or not".
