class IV paddling soon?

Hey, so, I just found out that I didn't break my wrist biking last week, so I figure I'm good to go paddle some now. Its still hurting, so I don't want to do anything intense, but I was hoping to do foxton or waterton, maybe lower clear creek, something to that effect. Or, chutes or something easier would be cool too. Just need to get in a boat again.
