we've duckied it 4 or 5 times at 500 to 300 cfs.
we were fine at the lower flows, a little bumpy or slow, but we are never in a hurry on that river.
usually launch around lunch, go a few miles and camp, do two more nights above the monastery and paddle out the rest of the way the last day.
we travel "relatively" light but nothing extreme. way more comfy than straight backpack style. bring all our water, too.
basically, you shouldn't have any trouble, other than you will probably want to have more time. (hint: Do Not Camp Your Last Night Below The Monastery) i made that one my first trip. you'll have a bit more paddling the last day but it's worth it. trust me. you'll see!
