I'm not sure of the level but it is basically just a ferry from right to left, pretty easy in a kayak looked more difficult in a raft. I think the guidebook calls it a class 5 rapid which is total bull but I would call it a solid class 4.
I think Cabin is rated a IV and has a long III runout. Cable is the V and has that rating because there is a significant sieve/syphon hazard.
