Just got off The Grand yesterday and by far the easiest hot breakfast was pre-made quiche frozen in vacuum sealed bags. Sadly, a quiche made in a 12" DO is a touch too big for one bag, so had to cut in half before packaging. I made different kinds and did two different ones each morning to mix it up. All that is needed is a big pot of river water to be heated up. Drop the bags in. Use paper towels and the only clean up is a knife and the bags, no morning dishes. I packaged breakfast burritos the same way (individually wrapped in foil) and it worked great too.
