If you are talking about muddy creek in Utah, It usually peaks about fathers day because the snow pack is on a 10,000 ft plateau, and all the resavoirs need to fill. A couple of years ago the gauge by I 70 was broken. Barely boatable at 120 cfs, but with the right boat (paddle cats are our favorites for this stretch) it is dooable.
in 2005 we took oar cats down. with passengers (kids).
In 2005 it ran over 400 cfs for 6 weeks.
