Lochsa, 3.5' to 5' is my fav for fun factor. Some stuff starts to flush out and other stuff starts to get really big over 5' Anything over 8' starts to bend my brain. I put on at Indian creek at 9.5' once. That tested my upper limits of what I'd call fun!

Only been on the SF a couple times. Not at raging flows. But the lochsa has more "play" to it. So, I just go there.

@ ihowemt, funny tag line.

"How can I be against Big Oil's Mega Loads on the Lochsa since I use oil and gas?
The same way people who ate food and wore clothes in the 1860's could be against slavery."

Are you really comparing "corperate rights" to "human rights?"

Just wondering...

What about this weekend when its likely to be 8-10ft (16-20,000 cfs)?
