Best Flow for First Time Bailey?

Bailey experts;

For those of you that have ran Bailey and are extremely comfortable with the lines, what would be your recommendation for Flow Level for a first-time-run? The easiest level for a first-time-run?

Thanks, Lenny.

I think 300-400 is a good first time level for bailey. Not super bone zone low, but not too fast or pushy either. Basically a med/low to med level. People run it lower, but its more of a pain in the ass with more rocks, and not necessarily any easier.

I wouldn't be too picky about levels. If its above 300, get after it and run it before they turn the tunnel off. Main issue for bailey is not finding the perfect flow, but finding the tunnel on. It doesn't get a lot more difficult if they put more water in it either, with the exception of supermax.

Same thing goes for gore. Look for med/low to med flows (ie 900-1300 cfs), and get it before they turn the releases off.

Both are running at good first timer levels right now.
