Practice rolling in the Milk River!

Take up fishing for the summer.

Sun river I think has a short section below the dam with a few waves. MT_Dweller ran it I think. PM him for details.

The dearborn would be an option too if there is any water in it.
I think I might try contacting that feller and see if he has any recommendations. Thanks!

I lived there for probably 7 years and I still hate the Milk! I spent 3 years in Hamilton and learned to fish there...but that has beautiful rainbow...and what I wouldn't give to run the Bitterroot!!

Try the Judith, ran it for the first time early this spring and its mostly a II+ stretch with one big newly created IV which is easy to walk in the last 1/2 mile, easy access and about 6 or so miles. Ran belt 3 times so far and it might be borderline too low for a raft but good for kayaks

Also the sun is a good run but at these levels takes a awhile. Access is confusing for those who don't know the shorter takeout . pm me if you're leaning that way
