Advice on Boating in idaho next week 18th - 24th?

hi

i came over to CO from the uk about a month ago. i'm here on my own, but i'm planning on heading up to idaho next week 18th till 24th, for some boating.



please can people give me some advice on what areas to boat in, any specific rivers to do, where to meet up with people (as i'm on my own), if there is anyone else planning on boating next week, any useful contacts, etc? i'm looking to boat some nice Grade 5. (i prefer big water to bouncing down / over rock!)

Here we go again, but, NF Payette!! 15 miles big, warm, water class V. Big water, not creekin'. Boise, Id. There is other easier boating in the area as well to play on when you are recuperating (sp) from your NF experience. Email me or call. I just took a few other CO boys down yesterday. Couple good hole rides, but I think they had a good time. I can paddle Mon., Friday, Sat, Sun, and Mon. When you are here.
