This is on the brink of last minute...but if there are any fun, river-loving folks out there that can take off 1+ week, then this is the trip for you. This is a private trip on the Main Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. The put-in is on August 4th at the confluence with the Middle Fork. We plan on a 7 day float with the possibility of a layover day to make it an 8 day trip. There are 8 of us confirmed so far, with 5 rafts and one kayak. Our permit is for 15. We could use one or two more oresmen/women, don't need to bring your own raft (unless you want to). Any kayakers will have the benefit of raft support. We will do all our own cooking, shuttle, etc. People will be driving in from all directions...Boulder/Denver, Boise, and Portland. Email me if you are interested...ericaugust@animail.net.
