A number of us went down this evening to remove the log and it has already washed downstream. However, there is lots of wood moving around these days so be cautious....

As water comes up, be careful on CC. On Wednesday we saw one log floating, but weren't able to snare it to shore, despite some efforts. It looked pretty rotten and would break on a hard impact.

There were a half dozen logs on the bank right at river level that will get washed downstream with another 100 cfs. All 4 - 6 inches thick.

Be heads up. Happy boating.

driving to golden today i saw either a piece of pvc pipe or a white raft paddle sticking center right, i think above the terminators, but not 100% it was there. wish i could rememember b/c it looked nearly impossible to spot from upstream. someone has probably run it over in a raft by now anyway. assorted other branches in new spots since wedsnnesday, too. yee ha!

Scouted Double Knife to Terminator Sunday evening, both looked clean. There is a lot of wood on the leftbank and eddies between the two,the log you guys were talking about is teetering on a ledge{caught on other wood}about 100 yds above Terminator shouldn't be an issue unless the flow goes up,it might according to Don w fk has some releases this week. UPR C CRK LOOKED REAL FUN AT THESE LEVELS BUT BE CAREFUL.

there is a big log on river left, above guide ejector. the creek bends left and there is a large squarish rock shortly after the "weird wave" there. log goes from left bank about halfway across the creek and is partially submerged with ater pouring over the part towards the middle of the creek. it could be somewhere worse, but still looks pretty bad.
