Broke my T11. My back has never been the same. Lot's of popping and moving, more so now that my muscles are loosened up, compared to being very tight for the first two years after the accident. Took me about 3 months until I could jump up and down without pain. Went kayaking again at 4.5 months. If I stomp a boof too hard my back pops out of place, and then I have to pop it back in place in the eddy. The injury didn't affect my river running and creeking too much, but I've never felt as good doing freestyle as I did pre-injury. Although that's probably just a weak excuse for not playboating enough and getting old.
