Where to rent sea kayaks?

I'm looking into doing a mid-October upper Cat trip -- Potash to confluence -- and was thinking of going in sea kayaks. Something that would fit 3-4 nights worth of gear, that is be reasonably fast for all that flat water, and that would give me more time for side hikes and camp time.

Any recommendations on where to rent them? I looked around Salida/BV and looks like there are none to be had. Thanks,

tom.

Last I knew, Rocky Mountain Adventures in Ft. Collins had a couple of sea kayaks to rent. May be a drive, but may be your only option.

Confluence Kayaks in Denver has them. You may be able to rent some in Glenwood, Grand Junction, or Moab. Call around.
