Where can I recycle an old boat

I have an old oil canned Wave Sport. Hate to throw it out if it can be recycled. Does anyone have a local (Front Range) suggestion for where I might recycle it?

Find someone who makes hand paddles (squirt boaters) and let them cut it up.
Find someone who repairs boats and let them cut it up.

See that it gets re-used instead of just recycled.

Post it on here for free, I'm sure someone will take it off your hands.

How "old" is old? I could use some WS plastic on hand for my boat if it ever gets a crack. I've got an 06 Diesel.
