May the river run forever!

I would say the Arkansas is going to run higher than normal into August or September (depending on this year's monsoon). Lake Creek above Twin Lakes is above 1400 and 1100 below, and Clear Crk. above the reservoir is 569 and they are only letting 100 cfs out. They are storing water so when the natural flows drop off they can provide additional releases. I wouldn't be surprised if Brown's was still flowing 1500-1800 come labor day (as long as it rains eventually).
