The Yampa through town is currently just under 300 CFS. It's definitely do-able at that level although you'll have more fun once the flow exceeds 500 CFS. It should start to pick up next week although cold weather could slow the runoff. There have been paddlers in both Charlie's and the NEWLY REDONE D-hole this week.
That's right... The D-hole got rebuilt this week -- now narrower and deeper -- and both had the rockwork adjacent to the holes cemented in place. The rockwork on the library side of Charlie's hole was sloped more down towards the river as, I guess, it was deemed to be a hazard.
