What is the optimum level for union Chutes?

I have found Union Chutes to be the metro area's lest crowded play park. I usually surf the first hole and have had some great surfs there (13 minutes straight!) I find the hole is at its best after 220 cfs but if you are desperate it can be fun at 100. What do you think?
