What do I need to keep in mind when buying a used boat?

I want to buy a used Big EZ but I'm not sure what a "good deal" would be. What do I need to consider when it comes to a second, or third season Big EZ? Components? Fittings? A list of items would be a great help. What's a fair deal $$$ ? Thanks.
