Waterfront Lifeguarding &/or ARC small craft cert.

Does anyone know who in Colorado, preferably the Front Range, offers *waterfront* lifeguarding (the next step after Lifeguarding certification) and/or American Red Cross Small Craft Safety?

CT requires these but not ACA instructor certification...

I need these to be able to be a kayak instructor (in CT).
