A very good friend of mine (female raft guide and student) wishes to rent a room in Fort Collins beginning at the 1st of November. Anyone need a roomie?

I may be needing a roomate in November to share a house in old town fort collins for $400 per month. The place is pretty nice, big fenced in yard, dogs okay, big garage for gear, and I will be homebrewing a lot this winter.
