Video of the 1 1/2 Wave on the Numbers at 2,800 cfs

The Ark has been holding at a perfect flow for the 1 1/2 Wave on the Numbers for over a week now. If you like a big, really fast wave, definitely check this thing out. Stay for a ride or two or a whole session. Just front surfing it is super fun. This video is at 2,800 cfs on the Ark Below Granite gauge:

Jed & Dustin Surf the High Water 1.5 Wave Live from South Main

The best set up at 2,800 for blunts and other moves is to carve around on the surfer's right shoulder, get up nice and high, scoot surfer's left and throw off your very first bounce. Have fun and be aware that there is a pourover maybe 100 yards (?) downstream in the middle. You'd have to miss a few rolls to tangle with it.

The Ark is still holding at a great level for this wave: USGS Real-Time Water Data for USGS 07087050 ARKANSAS RIVER BELOW GRANITE, CO

It's good up to 3,100 or so. Above that I think it's still good but there's no foam pile to catch you
