You've probably all heard about the Vertical Challenge and how much fun it was last year. What you may not know is that it is a fundraiser for First Descents, which is a non-profit organization that sends young adults with cancer to go kayaking (and apparently climbing and other fun stuff too). Check out their website http://www.firstdescents.org/cms/ You've probably been waiting for someone to post on the 'Buzz to solicit your donation, and I am here to answer your prayers!

Last year, I crushed most of the class IV competition both in terms of vertical and money raised. This year I'm more or less unemployed, so it's on like donkey kong! I hope you all donate to this awesome organization, and I'm not too concerned if you donate to me or Team Bootyfunk or any other paddler.
